PURPOSE
Deanna Schneyer is the best-selling Author and Founder of The Winning Element, an online performance platform inspiring and empowering volleyball players, coaches & parents to mentally, physically, and emotionally evolve.
She's a Mental Performance Coach, volleyball coach, and a professional indoor and beach volleyball referee. Using her best-selling book and performance planner as a game plan, Deanna guides athletes and teams from across the globe toward unlocking their potential and becoming unstoppable in sport and life. While Deanna thrives in her work with Olympic and professional-level athletes, her cup is filled by her work with youth and collegiate athletes.
PRESENCE
Deanna, a former Division I volleyball player and endurance sport athlete, has an MBA and holds professional certifications in mental performance. In addition to coaching at ProPlay Volleyball Club & Fullerton College, the Southern California native implements her own framework and strategies in her pursuit of embodying flow & fully experiencing the beauty all around her. She has aspirations of officiating beach volleyball in the 2028 LA Olympics.
